6 Masamor tostadas
300 g ground beef
1 carrot, finely diced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Queso fresco (Del Barrio), crumbled
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for cooking
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the vegetables: Boil the diced potatoes and carrots until tender. Set aside.
Step 2
Prepare the picadillo: In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Mix in the boiled potatoes and carrots.
Step 3
Assemble the tostadas: Spoon the picadillo mixture onto each Masamor tostada.
Step 4
Top and serve: Garnish with crumbled queso fresco and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately for best crunch.
